1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines:
- Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
- Opened, used, or damaged products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If your return is rejected due to being opened or not in its original condition, we will notify you, and no refund will be issued.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, email us at info@athreal.com with photos of the damaged item.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
